Here's a very quick, 4-step way of getting H.264 video playing on your desktop. This clip was made in a rush so the workflow isn't fully tested. (Audio was having a spot of problem)

The video is an .mp4 file so your web browser might not handle it well. Trying CTRL-clicking to save it instead.

WireTap Your Mac's Audio

WireTap is a great little application that allows you to record anything that goes through your Mac's speakers, like maybe Skype conversations and web radio... Get the freeware version in a just 3 simple steps!

Tiger update: Wiretap will not work with Tiger but there's a workaround. Download and install WireTapPro from Ambrosia and your free WireTap app will work again. (You can trash the WireTapPro app safely after it has updated the necessary system files.)
